Cancellation and subscription FAQs


Subscription Cancellation

You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time, and the cancellation will become effective immediately. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle. 

Please keep in mind, you will no longer be able to access your historical data including:

  • Driver, Carrier, Inspection, Violation and Crash Scorecards
  • Daily Updater
  • Driver CSA Scorecards
  • Custom Groups
  • Account Support 

You will be limited to the data and reports from the FMCSA.

By canceling your subscription you are also acknowledging and consenting to the following:

  • Vigillo will no longer be able to respond to subpoenas

  • Vigillo will no longer be able to provide Driver CSA Scores, neither to you in the case of legal inquiries nor to drivers using Roadside Resume

To receive full access to your stored data, you will need to re-subscribe. Keep in mind all data will be cleared after 90 days.


What is the subscription refund policy?

Vigillo does not provide prorated refunds. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.


What happens to my data?

Vigillo maintains years of your historical data that is private and sensitive on drivers, carriers, inspections, violations and crashed. The collection of that data will be suspended immediately and access to your account will be closed.

It will take approximately 90 days for all of your data to cleared from Vigillo’s records. Following that time period, Vigillo will not be able to recover your historical data. 


What if I want to renew my subscription?

No problem! You can renew your subscription at any time to get full access to your critical safety data.
