Getting Started: Driver Scorecard Emails

Driver Scorecard Emails offer transparency and accountability by providing drivers with timely data driven insights into their performance. Activated drivers will receive a custom built CSA Scorecard that enables them to see the data visualization you see within your Vigillo scorecard subscription.

You will need to provide valid email addresses for each driver for them to start receiving email updates.

Enable Drivers using a new Excel Spreadsheet 

Please follow these steps to activate drivers on your Driver List:

  1. Download the Driver Data Manager Spreadsheet .

  2. Fill out column F (Driver Email Address) with the individual driver’s email address.

  3. Then fill out column G (Driver Email Enabled) by indicating ‘yes’ (enable) or ‘no’ (don’t enable)

  4. Repeat for all drivers.

  5. Save your completed Spreadsheet in CSV format.

  6. Email your completed Spreadsheet to your Vigillo Regional Account Manager or support@vigillo.com

Enable Drivers using your Master Driver List

Please follow these steps to activate drivers on your Driver List:

  1. Login to Vigillo. Click the CSA Manager tab located in the navigation bar. 

  2. Click on the Drivers tab, then click the Export icon.

  3. ​​A pop-up window will appear that says "You may download the complete master driver list and save it as a CSV file." Click OK.

  4. Click OK again to download and save the file to your computer.

  5. Open the Driver Export Spreadsheet.

  6. Fill out column L (Email)  with with the individual driver’s email address.

  7. Next fill out column M (Email Driver) by indicating ‘TRUE’ (enable) or ‘FALSE’ (don’t enable)

  8. Repeat for all drivers.

  9. Save your completed Spreadsheet in CSV format. 

  10. Return to CSA Manager. Click the Import icon under the Drivers tabs.

  11. Click Select Drivers File, choose your saved CSV Spreadsheet.

  12. Click OK.
