Manage Your Company Accounts and Company Users

Your Company Accounts List shows all your accounts that you may manage along with their respective roles. Your Company Users is a list of all users and their respective account membership. 


Add/Invite a User to an Account

  1. Login to Vigillo Enterprise.
  2. Click on your user name in the upper right hand corner. 
  3. Then click Users.
  4. Click +Invite User.
  5. Enter the email address of the person you would like to invite.

    NOTE: You may invite multiple users at this stage by clicking on the + sign to add additional email addresses or you may upload a CSV file.

  6. Click Next.

  7. Select the DOT# or Account into which you are adding User/s.

  8. Click Complete. Your newly invited User/s will now show in the user list. 


My Company Users

My Company Users is a list of users, their respective account membership and roles that you may manage. 

  • Search Feature—The search feature allows you search for a specific user either by an account that the user is associated with, by their email address or by first/last name.

  • Membership Tab—The Membership Tab shows users the DOTs and accounts they are associated with.

  • Roles Tab—The Roles tab allows users to set permissions for the DOTs and accounts they are assigned.


Add Roles to a User

A user may have access to multiple Company Accounts and DOTs. To set their level of permissions, you can assign user roles to each user within a Company Account. 

NOTE: A user has to have membership to the Company Account or DOT before they can be assigned roles. If you'd like to add a user to an account, please follow the instructions above, then proceed with the following steps. 

  1. Click on your user name in the upper right hand corner.

  2. Then click Users.

  3. On the User List, find the user to which you would like to assign roles. 

  4. Click the Roles arrow to the far right of their name. 

  5. A dropdown will appear, that allows you to choose User Roles. 

  6. Select the desired User Role and DOT, then click Complete

User Roles 

  • Company Account Manager—This is an admin level role. This user can create a Company Account and give users access to DOTs as well as assign roles to other users. 

  • User Manager—This user can invite other users and assign permissions within a Company Account.
