Reviewer Account Set-up

To become a member of the JUST Crash Review Board you must have the minimum credentials as outlined in the Getting Started section. Once your credentials have been verified you will be added to our Review Board and eligible to receive crashes for review.


Step 1: Receive your login and Reviewer documents

You will be added to the JUST Teamwork platform where carriers will upload their crash documentation for review. Once added by a JUST Administrator, you will receive an email notification prompting you to get started and create a unique password. Detailed instructions on how to access the motor carrier crash documents will be provided by a JUST Administrator but can also be found in the “Files” section of the project titled “Reviewer Reference Documents” that will you be added to.

Step 2: Accept a crash review request

Crash Review Board members will be asked via text message to accept crashes. Each day that crashes are available, all Review Board members will receive a text message prompting them to respond if they are available to complete a review within the next 48 hours. Crashes will then be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. If accepted, you will receive an email notification assigning you to a crash (as a task) and to make a determination of preventability.
